Ni-MH Cell Model
Like Ni-Cd, Ni-MH battery has high charge and discharge efficieny and good safety at high temperature of 55 degree and 70 degree as well, this is why it is widely used in emergency lighting as well. But capacity decreases more and voltage dips more than Ni-Cd battery under the condition of long term floating charge, this is why Ni-MH battery has shorter service life than Ni-Cd battery.
