Product performance:
1. Good safety performance. Built in circuit protection board, with short circuit, overcharge, over discharge, shock, vibration, acupuncture, high temperature,no explosion ,etc.
2. Stable performance. Long cycle life, after 500 times of ontinuous charge and discharge, the battery capacity shall not be less than 80% of the rated capacity.
3.High Energy Density: The Lithium Polymer technology provides a higher energy density than traditional batteries, allowing it to store more energy in a smaller size.
4.Long Cycle Life: This battery has a long cycle life, which means it can be charged and discharged multiple times without significant loss of capacity or performance.
5.Low Self-Discharge Rate: The battery has a low self-discharge rate, which means it can maintain its charge for a longer time when not in use.
6.Built-in Protection: The battery has built-in protection against overcharging, over-discharging, and short-circuits, which makes it safe and reliable to use.
Application : lighting, backup power supply, wind energy storage, communication equipment, IT products, IC card terminal, GPS system, LED lights, medical equipment, instrumentation, beauty and hair products, electric toys, flashlight, miner's lamp, agricultural machinery equipment, electric tools, etc.
The difference between Lithium-Ion Batteries And Lithium Polymer Battery:
A lithium-ion battery is a rechargeable battery in which lithium ions are moved from the negative (anode) to the positive (cathode) by discharge, and also from the cathode to the anode by control. Such ultra-thin lithium batteries are typical in mobile consumer electronics because of their large energy-to-weight ratio, lack of memory impact, and slow self-discharge even when not in use.
The three main functional elements of a lithium-ion battery are the anode, cathode and electrolyte, of which many different substances may be used. Polymer Li-ion batteries, polymer Li-ion batteries, or Li-ion batteries are rechargeable (secondary) batteries, usually consisting of several indistinguishable secondary batteries in parallel to improve discharge current capacity.
Performance Curves of Lithium Cell:
1.Lithium Cell Charge Curve (Charge at 1C)
2. Lithium Cell Discharge Curve (Discharge at 1C )
